I like the “ball-park” estimate you gave me. How do we proceed?

 

Great! You are on your way to having a clean home!
There are two options. You can go ahead and schedule your first cleaning, or you can schedule a free, in home consultation in which a Mess Masters professional will visit with you and take notes about your specific cleanings needs. You will get a firm estimate based upon this visit. At that time, you can schedule your first cleaning.

 

Do environmentally safe cleansers really clean well?

 

Yes. We worked with an environmental consultant on developing our earth-friendly products. We effectively use them in homes every day.

 

How will access to my home be arranged?

 

Your key, security code and other necessary information will be inventoried at our branch office. Keys are assigned a reference number only, no last name or address. If we must pick up your key at an office, there may be a small fee for the additional time required.

 

Do I need to supply anything?

 

Mess Masters' cleaners will supply all cleaning products. Mess Masters' cleaners will also bring cloths and specialized cleaning tools. We do ask that you supply your own broom, mop, toilet brushes and sponges.  While it is not required, we suggest that you supply your own vacuum cleaner, especially if you have pets.

 

What if I need additional duties performed in addition to my regularly-scheduled cleaning?

 

You can call us at least 24 hours in advance to request additional services.

 

Are there any limitations I should know about?

 

We can master your indoor cleaning needs except when they involve climbing ladders, or taking care of children, pets or plants. We no longer clean in high rise buildings as well as in some apartment communities where direct access is not possible.

 

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

 

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning day. At that time we can reschedule your house cleaning appointment. Because we have reserved this spot for your cleaning, if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation, or if our cleaners are unable to access your home on the scheduled cleaning day, you will be billed for 50% of your regular cleaning price.

 

How do I arrange payment?

 

You can simply leave a check on the kitchen counter on the day of cleaning or arrange a direct deposit through your bank. If it is more convenient, you may arrange to pay at the beginning of each month.
Payment is due before or at the time of cleaning.
